The Speedster's body is made of durable glass-fibre reinforced nylon (GRN), and can be disassembled and cleaned without tools. The easy-to-open lid is made of frosted polypropylene.
The bead feed is controlled by the encapsulated Speedster Light Barrier unit, which is protected from external influences. The unit recognizes when the marker is firing and only feeds the paintballs when needed. This principle provides a feed rate of over 10 b/s despite the low power consumption.
